Tustin Shaolin Martial Arts
Tustin Shaolin Martial Arts is a traditional Chinese Kung Fu school teaching Shaolin Kung Fu, Praying Mantis, and Tai Chi.
Simply put, this is a school providing the original format for mixed martial arts. With multiple martial arts systems – each complete in its own way –teaching a broad variety of striking techniques, Chin Na (joint locking and pressure point techniques), Shuai Jiao (throwing and grappling), and weapons techniques, the growth potential for students in terms of self-defense and personal development is virtually unlimited.
Each system taught at Tustin Shaolin Martial Arts is complete with its own unique expression of fighting techniques, history and traditions, and philosophy. Ultimately, they all share a historical connection to the Shaolin system.

Testimonials
I am grateful to have found Tustin Shaolin Martial Arts. We enrolled our two youngest children in the Kung Fu class. At 8 and 10 years old, they both have learned to control themselves better both mentally and physically. What started out as a “fun” option has grown into a discipline and learning experience that they both look forward to. As a plus, we have even seen more focus and respect from them at home. The entire student body has been very helpful and welcoming and the “family” environment is perfect for the kids. I highly recommend this school.
Great experience. Traditional training Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi. The owner, Doug Autenrieth, is very friendly and answered all my questions.
I have been a student of this school for several years and would encourage anyone considering martial arts to come here to train. Whether you simply want a good workout, or would like to learn actual self-defense applications in a traditional setting - this is the place to come. Our teacher is, who is also the owner of the school pays attention to each student and provides individual guidance to facilitate improvement. The classes can be quite challenging but are rewarding at the same time.
